Another beautiful wedding! You really want to know what I love most about my job? its the fact that when I’m the DJ Entertainer for a wedding that I have to play for a mix of people. A mix of people? meaning not everyone likes the same type of music. Everybody is different and has different music styles and its my job to satisfy everyone’s music tastes…. that and weddings you can always feel the love that it creates in the room….
What a beautiful day it turned out to be for this couple who wed here in Bloomsburg, PA at The Barn at Boones Dam. Lorrie & Bob are both from the small town of Ashley, PA just one mile outside of Wilkes-Barre, PA so being that there was some location differences we had to do all the planning via Skype / Phone conferences because of the busy schedules we had in order to meet up.
I really don’t think you could of asked for a better day than today at the wedding that took place here in Milton, PA. If I recall we had rain in the forecast but it held out and was beautiful (and quite warm) for the ceremony which took place outside under the trees. Not only did we provide entertainment for the reception but also provided sound for the ceremony which included music plus a microphone on the groom so that everyone heard the vows.
Ahhhh….. What a beautiful looking wedding! All thanks to Ashley & Tony and all the planning we pulled off to create such a lovely wedding. This Wedding took place at the beautiful Acacia Club in Downtown Williamsport, PA.
Not all of my weddings are in town where my base location is. A lot of the times we travel a short distance such as for this wedding was about a 35 minute drive. Maybe it was the beautiful weather? Maybe it was just because there was so much love shared on this day? either way there was a lot of dancing!!! non-stop dancing that is. There was not a minute that the dance floor was not packed……
Another wedding down and in the books. This time we traveled a short drive to a small town called Watsontown to the beautiful Watson Inn. For those of you that don’t know the Watson Inn is not only a bar/restaurant but a place to stay that offers rooms to guests. They also host many events downstairs in the few rooms that they have.
Christine & Justin’s wedding was held at the Old Lycoming Township Fire Hall that featured Dancing On The Clouds. I brought out enough dry ice to not only do the dances but blow some off throughout the night and the kids loved it!
PMF Industries in Williamsport located on Reach Road held a health fair today but to add some spice to it and get more people to attend also combined it with a car/motorcycle show.
Michael & Tracy’s wedding in the grand ballroom at the Genetti Hotel in Williamsport was truly fun and epic!! There was non-stop energy all night long. time flew right by and before you knew it we had to wrap things up for the night. Tracy and Mike meant when they both attended penn College here in town. They both are very competitive in sports and love to challenge one another…
Today we provided music for both the ceremony as well as reception all in one location for this Williamsport wedding. Being held at park place on the corner of West Fourth Street and Campbell Streets this old historic building used to be home of a hotel for guests arriving to the train station that ran right by it. Ben & Lisa are not from directly around this area in fact we had guests coming as far away as Michigan to celebrate with are newlyweds. I never had the opportunity to personally meet Ben or Lisa before the wedding and while I normally don’t recommend this I believe everything went flawlessly and well with the planning we did do via our online planning forms.
