Would you believe me if I told you that this couple meant through walmart? How about if I told you they both have the same last names (before even getting married.. and no they wasn’t related.. lol) Well its true! Now Dan & Patty choose to have their wedding way before ever having reception. In fact they held off on ever having a reception until October. This is when Dan & Patty contacted me saying they were already married but wanted to have a reception celebration. A small reception none the less but with a big boom.
Matt & Jesse’s meant at a young football game that their sons played at and started dating. It was a few years into their relationship that Matt would ask Jesse to marry him. I’m not sure exactly how Jesse found me, but I’m glad I she did and I was able to provide services not only for her and Matt’s reception, but also provide music and audio for their ceremony at a separate location.
It was a beautiful late September Saturday afternoon when Scott & Jean tied the knot at the beautiful Barn At Hidden Acres located in Bloomsburg, PA high up on the mountain. Scott & Jean are not your typical “young and in love” couple.. they are a older couple but one thing for sure is that their love shined bright today.
Chad & Shelly’s wedding was a day that was filled with lots of love, fun, dancing and customization. I was able to work with the couple to customize different things within their timeline and make it about them, A personal connection.
I’m so glad I got to share this special day with Ryan & Natalie. I worked with Natalie back when she used to travel to Williamsport everyday for her job as an RN at Susquehanna Health. I got to know her though work and while I didn’t formally know Ryan I would hear a lot of great things about him. Ryan & Natalie have know each other for along time, they went to high school together and this is where they meant. When I first began to start to know Natalie, Ryan and her was still “just dating” even though Natalie was really hoping for more.
Wow! what an amazing day it turned out to be for Timothy & Tiffani (try saying their names together 10 times). It was a beautiful day in September and things went so smoothly. Leading up to their special day I talked with Tim & Tiff many times on the phone and even had a in person meeting to go over all the small details. If I remember correctly, it was Tim that told me how they meant way back in high school… They had study class together and Tim was always “hitting” on Tiff.
Jacob & Sarah originally meant me while they were attending another friends wedding in which I was the DJ Entertainer for. Knowing that I did a good enough job for them to want to hire me for their own wedding makes me happy.
one word that would describe this wedding…. FINALLY! Amanda & Mark finally got married today after knowing each other since middle school and then dating for about 10 years. We can finally said they finally tied the knot and officially married today. Their wedding took place at a separate location than that of the reception and while it was challenging it was beautiful…
Danielle & Adonay’s wedding took place on a Friday afternoon at St. Joseph The Worker Parish with everything right on site. The ceremony was held in the church and reception followed in The parish hall aka “The big room” This wedding was the first wedding of the very busy September month for us. The ceremony included a full catholic mass and afternoon reception that included a late lunch and some dancing.
Now I know I haven’t blogged in awhile and so therefore I need to get caught up and what better way to catch up than with this lovely couple. These are the type of weddings I LOVE doing. A young couple whom are high school sweethearts and have a lot of friends who LOVE to dance and have a good time.
