What a beautiful day for a wedding! especially for two ladies who know how to get down and have a bunch of FUN!! Now I’m not saying all the other weddings that I work are not fun (because they are) but this wedding hit it hard with some of the most fun I’ve had in awhile.
Each and every weekend (or time that I DJ / Entertain) at a wedding, it’s almost like I’m going for a job interview. Yes you heard right. But how you may be wondering is that like a job interview??? Well I’m performing and I’m only as good as my last performance. Each weekend I’m in front of many many friends and family members of the bride and groom and you just never know who is watching….
So far this year, I must say we’ve been pretty darn lucky! When doing anything outdoors (either wedding ceremony, reception, or both, you just never can predict the weather. For Lindsay & Davey’s wedding I don’t think you could of asked for a more beautiful day. Everything looked amazing.
Not every wedding has to have over a hundred or two hundred guests. Sometimes smaller is better. I think the goal here was just as long as everyone was enjoying each others company, having fun, and celebrating that’s all that mattered.
What happens when you get a bunch of family and friends in one location who love to dance and have fun? Well a dance off of course!
One of the many things I love about my job and what I do is the interactions I spend with people. I really felt at home with Steve & Caitlyn’s family. Everyone so nice, so easy to get along with and able to share ideas. This not only makes my job more enjoyable but also very exciting.. because this blog is all about excitement and doing special things.
